Matt and I were talking about starting a college pick league to try to give us all an excuse to pay attention to college ball.
The rules would be sort of cool:
—You’d get $10,000 in fake money to gamble with however you like.
—I’d post some college games with point spreads every week.
—You can bet on as many or as few games as you want with the fake money (however you like; bet big on three games or bet small on ten.)
—Whoever ends up with the most fake money at the end of the year wins.
Thinking about a $10 to $20 entry fee since we’re just trying it out. We’d probably start week 5 and would include the bowl games. (Winner take all)
We’ll do it if we get at least four people. If you are interested, let me know in the comments when you make your picks! It would definitely make Saturdays more fun and give us a reason to watch college ball.
